Exchange & Return Policy
We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty or damaged item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in stock product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) and can use later on our website.
• Faulty articles complain will be generated within 3 days of delivery after that complain cannot be entertained. For complain contact us our customer care through social media or email us at email@example.com
• After the conversation with our customer care only few rare cases can be refunded. Our refund process can take 15 days to proceed.
• Stitched items will not be returned or exchanged.
• Articles purchased on discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
