Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days in Pakistan. We ship internationally with delivery times varying by region. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty or damaged item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in stock product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) and can use later on our website.

• After the conversation with our customer care only few rare cases can be refunded. Our refund process can take 15 days to proceed.
• Stitched items will not be returned or exchanged.
